 A memorable family reunion requires advance planning and creativity.
There are so many things to consider, negotiate and final decisions to be made for one
person to handle. The best way to ensure that all of these responsibilities are accounted
for is through a planning committee. A planning committee is essential to planning a
smooth and successful family reunion. The planning committee's main responsibilities
include organizing all aspects of the reunion including but not limited to location,
social events, budget, communications, and record-keeping.
Four of our family members have accepted responsibility to serve as the core planning
committee. However, as we move forward with the plans, we will be requesting assistance
from other family members.
